Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personal nature of ladies undergarments, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return Policy
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days.
Refund Policy
If replacement is not available, the refund will be issued to the customer.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days.
